Diane’s career is driven by her passion to help others. She started her career as a Technical Writer, applying her Bachelor’s Degree in English to writing training content for technology teams. She’s spent over 20 years working with technologists, evolving her career from the documentation and curation of trainings to her current role as the Head of Learning and Development at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG).
Today, Diane oversees technical curriculum development, employee career growth, and management development and coaching at SIG. Diane became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2007. For the past 12 years, she’s applied her coaching and facilitation mindset to Learning and Development, helping SIG technologists and managers reach their greatest career potential. Diane loves spending weekends at her shore home – especially with her three grandchildren and perfect pup, Rufus.
