Jessica Sant is an engineering leader in Comcast’s Digital Home organization. Her teams build and deliver dynamic experiences through the Xfinity xFi applications (web, mobile, X1 and voice). Since joining Comcast in 2010, her teams have worked on many of Comcast’s other flagship products including XfinityStream, Xfinity Home, and MyAccount. Jessica’s work has been marked by successfully delivering challenging projects by building collaborative agile teams that work closely with their counterparts to hit their goals.
In 2015, Jessica, co-founded the ComcastNBCU TECHWomen Philadelphia chapter with the goal of developing a supportive community for women in tech and their male allies.
Jessica is a software engineer by trade, having both a master’s in Software Engineering from Drexel University, and a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Villanova University. Prior to joining Comcast, Jessica was a Java middleware developer, working for several notable companies (including Bluestone Software, Hewlett-Packard, JBoss, Red Hat and Alfresco).
Jessica loves spending time with her family, especially with her 10-year old daughter whose favorite things these days are reading, math, art and computers. When on her own, Jessica can be found elbow-deep in clay making bowls and mugs for her friends and family.
