Jennifer McLaughlin joined Salesforce in January 2012 and is a Vice President of Solution Engineering. She leads an organization of 95 Solution Engineers who are focused on the North American Retail and Consumer Goods Vertical, Salesforce’s newest vertical. For the past 20 years, Jennifer has had a career focused exclusively on consulting, implementing and solutions engineering in the CRM space, across the Public Sector, Media, Communications and now Retail/Consumer Goods. Jennifer lives outside of New York City with her husband and three school aged children. She volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and is passionate about making technology approachable for girls.
