Jasmine Roberts is an emerging technology researcher, designer, and developer currently living in San Francisco. She works in Unity Labs as an XR Software Engineer. Prior, she was at the MIT Media Lab and Harvard Graduate School of Design. Jasmine has a B.S. in applied physics and electrical engineering, an M.S. in electrical engineering and computer science and a Master of design. This background affords her the ability to design across scales and disciplines.
Although augmented and virtual reality is her current medium, Jasmine has contributed to a wide range of projects including but not limited to: nanomaterials, closed agricultural systems, cognitive robotics, programmable optical display systems (including holograms), and gene editing technology (CRISPR).
