Eloise N. Young was named Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Information Services in 2016 after serving as the Chief Information Officer of the Philadelphia Gas Works for nine years. In her current role Young is responsible for the design, implementation and oversight of a robust, repeatable and participatory corporate strategic planning process and an Enterprise Program Management Office. Prior to her appointment as CIO, she served in a number of positions in PGW’s Information Services Department. A native Philadelphian, she is a 2017 Citizens Planning Institute graduate who loves her city and enjoys doing volunteer work for area community groups. She became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner in January 2018.
