Amy is a Principal Quality Engineer and Senior Team Lead at MathWorks with over 15 years of experience in software related fields. She leads a talented and diverse group of software quality engineers spanning multiple product areas including the Mapping, Optimization, Finance, and Symbolic Math. She is passionate about geospatial computing and automated testing. Prior to joining MathWorks, Amy worked as a System Engineer at Raytheon developing models and simulations. Beyond the office, Amy celebrates strong women and practices leadership skills through the sport of roller derby having held titles within her league ranging from Team Captain to Head Official. Amy holds a MS in Mathematics from Clarkson University with a focus in Statistics and a BS from Clarkson University in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems. She is excited to be co-presenting a hands-on workshop on Pocket AI and IoT at WITS Northeast in Philadelphia!
