Webster defines leadership as the action of leading a group of people or an organization, the art of motivating a group of people to act towards achieving a common goal. Nowhere does it say that it requires a position in management with a title to match.

Join us for this fireside chat, as two leaders in their respective fields discuss their views on the moment they realized they were put into the role, how they became comfortable with this “title,” their personal leadership styles, and their best advice on how you can realize your potential to be a leader.
